Click on the 3 buttons below to complete the required application and provide ALL of the required documents by 12/19/24(2:00pm) so that your student can be entered into the 25-26 PreSchool Lottery on 1/3/25.

All applications and documents can be submitted in person, by mail, or scanned and emailed and must be received by 12/19/24 at 2:00pm

Parent/Guardian Checklist:

You must have the following documents completely submitted in order to be placed in the lottery.

  • Pre School Application
  • Enrollment Selection Form(Google Doc submitted electronically)
  • Topsfield Pre School Registration Packet        
  • Birth Certificate                  
  • Check for $60 made out to town of Topsfield
  • Proof of Residency


What is needed for Proof of Residency?

Please provide a copy of your deed (you can visit Salemdeeds.com to obtain a copy) if you are the homeowner, or a notarized Topsfield Residency Affidavit with a copy of your lease agreement if not homeowner.
